Vicki Garrison- Director of Marketing

Vicki Garrison

I was born at the Naval Air Station in Pensacola, FL. Yes, Navy Brat for life. My dad was a career Navy man (35 years when he retired) and my mom, who was also in the Navy at the time that they married, later became a Special Education teacher.

Both of my parents graduated college when I was about 5 years old…an accomplishment that I still find amazing to this day. I have a hard enough time working and taking care of myself let alone working, taking care of a chatty little girl, taking college classes and doing homework. As driven as I consider myself to be, I honestly don’t know if I could do it but god bless them- they wanted a better life and they worked hard to achieve it.

Like most, my parents had a huge influence on the person I have become. I’m a hard worker who usually takes on more than I can reasonably handle but somehow this just feels normal to me. Oddly enough, I’ve been interested in marketing & promotions since I was a little girl. I actually remember critiquing ad campaigns I would hear on the radio in my bedroom; I think I was about 10 at the time. Since my other love has always been music, combining these two passions has always been my professional goal as an adult.

In 1996 I graduated from Virginia Tech and, since then, have been fortunate to build a professional career that has included such highlights as:
Director of Marketing, Richmond Coliseum, Richmond, VA
Advertising Manager, Nashville Predators- NHL Hockey, Nashville, TN
Marketing Director, Lane Motor Museum, Nashville, TN (present position)
And, of course, my “side” job as Marketing Director for Tiny Lion Records

I met Jas when I moved to Nashville in the fall of 2005. Since that time, though we both have other careers, we have worked diligently (with the help of many others) to create Tiny Lion Music Group, LLC as our record company to promote Jas’ music.

The road to debuting Jas’ album, Working On My Soul hasn't always been easy. Each step has offered challenges; mostly in finding the time and money that it takes to create a product that you can truly be proud of.

Nearly everything we do is done in-house: the recording of the album (done in a spare bedroom of Jas’ parent’s house); the creation of the website, album art and any creative pieces, all booking and promotional duties (which could not be done without the help of Mac!), maintenance of social networking sites, merchandise production & sales…the list goes on.

But, in the end, all of this is what makes it “our” baby. I hope you enjoy the efforts of our labor.

Eric "Mac" McIntosh- Director of Booking & Touring

Mac McIntosh

Eric "Mac" McIntosh joined Tiny Lion Records in 2006 as "Director of Touring and Booking". Along with securing shows through talent buyers, Mac also handles various other tasks within the company including promotions and logistics.

A native of Nashville, TN, Mac grew up around the music industry with an early interest in both the creative and business side of music. A musician of 19 years himself, Mac found his creative juicies in writing and recording at home studios in and around Nashville.

In 1993 Mac met Jas Patrick through a mutual high school friend and the two became quick friends both co-writing and co-producing their own material in hopes to gain a little attention in the Nashville music community.

Later in his teens, Mac became more interested and confused by the business side of music which started a self study involving various aspects from music publishing, developing artists, talent management, artist booking and how to be successful on an independent level.

Through an act of fearlessness or simple ignorance Mac managed to convince major label recording artist Trini Triggs to allow him to book shows at various clubs and venues throughout Texas for him, Mac was 18 years old at the time.

A few years later and slightly none the wiser, Mac took on an independent female country artist named Melanie Viveros, now Mrs. Ricki Rocket, as her manager. What seemed like only days away from grabbing a major label contract from Virgin Records – Nashville, fell just short of success due to the corporate end of Virgin closing the doors on the Nashville branch in 2001.

Marriage, high flying aerial contortionist, age, cats and dogs have managed to bring Mac back full circle to where it all began and the one place he's been trying to find. Music and an artist you can believe in. I give you: Jas Patrick.
